Sending SalesNOW Emails in Outlook

Each record within SalesNOW for which I am the owner or secondary owner, will automatically be synchronized to SalesNOW on my BlackBerry. However, I may want to send additional records to my BlackBerry in one of the following three situations:

A) I've Deleted the Record from within SalesNOW on my BlackBerry

If I delete a record (see Deleting Records BlackBerry) from within SalesNOW on my BlackBerry, I have two options: Delete from the Handheld or Delete from the Server & Handheld. If I delete the record only from my Handheld, I may want to send the record back to my BlackBerry.

B) I've Removed the Record from within SalesNOW on my BlackBerry

If I've removed a record (see Data Management BlackBerry) from within SalesNOW on my BlackBerry using the automatic data management features, I may want to send the record back to my BlackBerry.

C) I'm a Team Leader and I'd like the record in SalesNOW on my BlackBerry

As a Team Leader I have access to the records of my Team Members in the All Records View described in the previous section. I may want to send a specific record to SalesNOW on my BlackBerry.

To send a record to my BlackBerry, such as a deal record for example, follow these steps:

  1. Highlight the specific deal that you would like to send to your BlackBerry

  2. Mouse over the BlackBerry icon and notice that it changes to a green arrow

  3. Click the green arrow to send the record to your BlackBerry

Note: Any changes made to a record that you sent to your BlackBerry by any other user with security access to the record will be automatically synchronized to your BlackBerry.
